After a few seconds this screen fades out and you get an error stating that the game was not properly authenticated you hit OK and the game closes?If so do you make it as far as the log-in screen or do you get the error before then? If not any chance you could re-word your explanation (or take a screenie of the error) so I can see where during initiation you're actually having problems?
